Working one-on-one with an API Strength, Speed and Conditioning Coach provides the highest level of training specificity, scheduling flexibility, personal attention and RESULTS! Your sport performance training program is designed for you and only you!
Individual training programs are recommended for athletes with minimal training experience or a history of sports-related injury. Athletes registering for an individual training program begin with participation in API's Performance Readiness Evaluation (PRE). The results of each athlete's Performance Readiness Evaluation (PRE) are used as the foundation in the design of the athlete's individual training program.
