API offers a well-rounded, multi-dimensional approach to performance enhancement to today's student-athlete. Each API client has the opportunity to create a personalized program incorporating each of the following program options. API utilizes a low 1:6 coach-to-athlete ratio to ensure safe and effective training for each athlete.


Strength, Speed and Conditioning Program

Each athlete's performance enhancement and injury prevention program will emphasize sport-specific and foundational athletic skills development including:

  • Speed Development
  • Multi Directional Agility
  • Dynamic Flexibility
  • Muscular Strength and Power
  • Core Stability and Strength
  • Balance and Proprioception

Group Training Pricing Structure

18 sessions = $450 (2 payments of $235) - 24 sessions = $540 (2 payments of $280)
 
36 sessions = $720 (2 payments of $370) - 48 sessions = $900 (3 payments of $310)

Team Training Pricing Structure

Athletes training under a TEAM TRAINING agreement are required to make a $100 initial deposit. You will be billed for the remaining balance once the total number of team participants is determined.

 


Performance Yoga Program

Yoga for the student-athlete. A perfect compliment to our strength, speed and conditioning program. Performance Yoga will increase athletic performance, reduce the risk of injury and enhance mental focus and concentration. A non-traditional program with modifications emphasizing:

  • Core Stability
  • Balance
  • Muscular Strength
  • Sport-Specific Flexibility

SPARQ Combine Prep Program

This high school football combine prep program will maximize your combine performance by addressing the following::

  • Pro Agility Drill (5-10-5 shuttle)
  • Vertical Jump
  • L Drill
  • 40-Yard Dash
  • Broad Jump
  • Bench Press

Combine Prep Program 1 (March 12 - April 10)

Program A
Wednesdays @ 3:30pm and Saturdays @ 9am

Program B
Thursdays @ 4:30pm and Saturdays @ 10:30am

Cost: $250 (10 sessions), $150 (5 sessions)

Combine Prep Program 2 (April 16 - May 3)

Program A
Wednesdays @ 3:30pm and Saturdays @ 9am

Program B
Thursdays @ 4:30pm and Saturdays @ 10:30am

Cost: $150 (6 sessions), $90 (3 sessions)
