API offers a well-rounded, multi-dimensional approach to performance enhancement to today's student-athlete. API training programs are designed based on the athlete's age, sport, medical history, athletic ability and training experience. API utilizes a low coach-to-athlete ratio to ensure safe and effective training for each athlete.
