This 8-week Basketball Skills Session is designed for players to improve their sport-specific skills and play the game at a higher level. Specific areas of focus include:

  • Developing the Shooting Form
  • Offensive Skills
    (Shooting Off Pass vs. Shooting Off Dribble)
  • Footwork/Body Control
  • Ball Handling (Hand/Eye Coordination)
  • Defense (Half Court/Full Court)
  • Rebounding ("Box Out" Technique)
