  • Director of All-Sport Kids Academy

Position Summary: Directly manages all aspects of the All-Sports Kids Academy (API’s youth sports program) including operations, program development, sales and marketing initiatives, staff recruitment and management while achieving revenue goals and maximizing profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Between 3-5 years of general business, marketing, and sales experience

Essential Functions

  • Recruits, hires, manages and trains coaches and support staff. Performs performance and compensation reviews for all coaches and support staff.
  • Coordinates, plans and facilitates regular meetings with coaches and support staff.
  • Supports all marketing and advertising strategies, plans and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations;
  • Supports the design and creation of all marketing collateral, email campaigns, advertisements and web content.
  • Creates business-to-business relationships and secures advertising and sponsorship agreements with area businesses.
  • Develops program content and class agendas for All-Sport Kids Academy development programs.
  • Maintain accurate equipment inventory and oversee purchasing of new equipment when needed
  • Schedules, facilitates and monitors All-Sport Kids Academy programs including
    Camps, After-School, Parties and Field Trips.

Certification Requirements:

  • Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) - The National Strength and Conditioning Association (must have within six months of hire)
