    The James Gist Workshop is a 2-day high-intensity skill clinic designed for players who want to dominate in the paint. Led by former professional standout James Gist, the program focuses on elite finishing, post moves, and advanced footwork around the basket. Athletes will develop contact finishing, interior scoring, footwork, and game-speed decision-making to build confidence and efficiency in the paint.
