Ages 7-9  Train To Play

 


Each training session will promote the development of each athlete’s gross motor skills and fundamental athletic movement patterns including:

  • Running Form and Technique
  • Acceleration and Deceleration
  • Change of Direction
  • Jumping and Landing Mechanics
Ages 10-13  Train To Perform

 


Each training session will promote the development of fundamental athletic movement patterns and joint-specific strength, stability, and mobility patterns.

  • Muscular Strength
  • Sprinting Form and Mechanics
  • Change of Direction
  • Plyometrics
Ages 14-18  Train To Compete

 


Each training session will promote the development of joint-specific strength and power production and advancement of sport-specific movement patterns.

  • Muscular Strength and Power
  • Speed Development
  • Multi-Directional Agility
  • Anaerobic Conditioning
  • Injury Resistance
