Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will result in account credit.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a forfeit of the funds for the lesson rental.

API reserves the right to cancel a lesson rental at any time due to non-lesson rental requests or if the resource is needed for API programming or internal operations. In such cases, the client will be notified as soon as possible, and a credit will be issued to the account.

All lesson rentals are non-refundable.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

$35/hour for the 1st Athlete, +$10 per additional athlete/hour.

Lesson rentals cannot be scheduled more than (1) week in advance.

The location of the lesson rental will be determined based on API's daily resource schedule and availability.

No more than 6 athletes per lesson rental. Lessons of more than 6 athletes will result in a full resource rental charge.

Coaches are responsible for supplying their own training equipment, including balls, cones, etc.
