Refunds
Refunds will only be granted if the client becomes physically incapacitated and unable to participate or moves greater than thirty (30) miles from API's physical address of 740 MD Route 3 South Gambrills, MD 21054.  A physician must document such disability and proof of change of address must be presented.

SAFETY, BEHAVIOR and DISCIPLINE
At API, the safety and well-being of all our campers and staff will always be our top priority. ASKA Summer Camp and API have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy regarding the following behaviors:
·         Bullying
·         Disrespectful talk or actions toward ASKA coaches, directors, or other API staff members
·         Physical or verbal violence
·         Destruction of API property, the property of a staff member, or the property of a fellow camper
·         Theft of API property, the property of a staff member, or the property of a fellow camper
API and ASKA implement a three-strike disciplinary system:
Strike 1: A call home and potential meeting with a parent or guardian.
Strike 2: Dismissal of the camper for the remainder of the camp day.
Strike 3: Dismissal of the camper from the camp for the remainder of the week and removal from ASKA programs indefinitely.
Each “strike” will be documented by ASKA staff and acknowledged by both the camper and parent.
**If a child performs any malicious contact with another child, this will result in immediate removal from camp and all future ASKA camp dates. Malicious contact or intent includes, but is not limited to: any intentional physical harm (hitting, kicking, pushing, tripping, or other aggressive acts), threats or attempts to injure, or behavior that shows a clear intent to cause physical or emotional harm to another camper.
If a camper is dismissed from camp for the remainder of the week, there will be no refund. If a camper is dismissed from ASKA camp indefinitely, a refund will be issued for all future camps minus a 10% transaction fee.
