Join us for our exciting developmental class designed for kids ages 3-7! In this program, young athletes will explore a variety of sports through engaging activities and games that promote teamwork, coordination, and confidence.
What?
Session I: Soccer, Basketball, Lacrosse!In this session, young athletes will learn the fundamentals of soccer, basketball, and lacrosse through engaging, skill-based activities. Each week introduces one sport, focusing on building coordination, balance, and confidence. Athletes will practice dribbling, passing, and shooting in soccer; develop ball-handling, footwork, and shooting form in basketball; and learn the basics of scooping, cradling, and passing in lacrosse. Every class ends with a fun scrimmage-style game that helps reinforce the skills they’ve learned while keeping the energy high and the experience exciting.Session II: Football, Volleyball, Hockey!Session II continues the fun with football, volleyball, and hockey, giving athletes a chance to explore new sports and movement patterns. Players will work on throwing, catching, and footwork in football to improve agility and coordination. In volleyball, they’ll practice basic striking skills like passing and setting to build timing and control. The session wraps up with hockey, where athletes learn how to handle the stick, pass, and shoot using safe, lightweight equipment. Each class blends skill development with interactive games, ensuring every athlete stays active, focused, and engaged while building confidence in their abilities.Ages 3-5

Refunds
Refunds will only be granted if the client becomes physically incapacitated and unable to participate or moves greater than thirty (30) miles from API's physical address of 740 MD Route 3 South Gambrills, MD 21054. A physician must document such disability and proof of change of address must be presented.
