Over the past 20 years, API has helped over 500 athletes continue their athletic careers and play competitively at the collegiate level.  These athletes continue to turn to API for on-going training throughout their collegiate athletic careers.  API offers collegiate athletes multiple training options through the year based upon the athlete’s competitive season, school-issued training program and seasonal schedule.

Personal Training

One-on-one or with a teammate/friend, an API Performance Coach will incorporate the athlete’s school-issued program (if applicable) into the design of the athlete’s overall training program resulting in a personalized training schedule and program reflective of the athlete’s sport, position, training season and schedule.
