HIGH SCHOOL TRAINING
HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES
A progressive approach to more complex levels of training, each high school athlete’s training program is created based upon the athlete’s age, sport, training experience, physical maturity and competitive sports schedule. An increased emphasis on explosive weight training, plyometrics, speed development, and anaerobic conditioning mimics the physical demands of the athlete’s sport resulting in a well-trained, injury-resistant athlete competing at his/her maximum potential season after season.
Personal Training
One-on-one, with a teammate/friend, or with a small group, a certified experienced API Sports Performance Coach will create and implement a personalized program based upon the athlete’s age, athletic skill level, sport experience, and schedule.
