Medical Me Summer Camps at API
Medical Me provides fun and engaging STEM/STEAM educational enrichment programs. Their goal is to give children a better understanding and respect for the world of medicine, giving them confidence when communicating with their parents and doctors in a more in depth manor.
Week I: Veterinarian Camp
July 7-11, 2025
9am-12pm
Ages: 5-13
Enjoy unparalleled opportunities to immerse yourself in the fascinating world of veterinary medicine! Begin by adopting a stuffed animal, that you will take home. Learn how to examine dierent animals and assess their health. Also, campers will learn how to treat common illnesses, and administer medication.
Week II: Med School Camp
July 14-18, 2025
9am-12pm
Ages: 5-13
Come role play, work with models, develop skills, draw, think critically and creatively, and most importantly, learn about being a doctor. Become engaged and discover how to use common doctor’s tools, learn how the brain, heart, lungs, and other organs work. Not only will you practice using doctor tools, but you will also be able to take some of them home with you!
Week III: Med School Camp
August 4-8, 2025
9am-12pm
Ages: 5-13
Come role play, work with models, develop skills, draw, think critically and creatively, and most importantly, learn about being a doctor. Become engaged and discover how to use common doctor’s tools, learn how the brain, heart, lungs, and other organs work. Not only will you practice using doctor tools, but you will also be able to take some of them home with you!
Week IV: Sports Medicine Sports Camp
August 11-15, 2025
9am-12pm
Ages: 5-13
At Medical Me sports are a gateway to learning how to treat sport injuries all while playing sports. In this Camp, we use interactive tools and activities to teach students the basics of the popular medical field. Come learn about how to treat a sprained ankle, broken bones, a torn ACL and much more. You will learn how to perform several types of surgeries.
