MIDDLE SCHOOL ATHLETES

A natural progression from API’s elementary school program incorporating a progressive introduction to age-appropriate strength and power training.  At this age, the window of athletic opportunity is wide-open.  Middle school athletes are developmentally primed to enhance their overall athletic skills that are the cornerstones of future athletic achievement.

Personal Training

One-on-one, with a teammate/friend, or with a small group, a certified experienced API Sports Performance Coach will create and implement a personalized program based upon the athlete’s age, athletic skill level, sport experience, and schedule.
